Constructure of the Freezer Room
The freezer room consit of two part including refrigeration syatem and insulation room body:
Refrigeration system mainly consist of compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator and other supporting equioment. Compressor is German or American Copeland or it can be customized according to your requirement. Condensing way can be water cooling or air cooling.
The room body is made from panels and room door. Cold Room insulation panel use 100% polyurethane insulation panel, density about 40~42kg/m3, panel thickness is 150mm. The surface of the panels can be colour steel, stainless steel, etc. Room door can be sliding room and hinged door.
Insatllation of The Freezer Room
It is easier to install the cold room, you just need to connect the machine unit to the electricity and connect the panels with ecentic hooks and glue. It is very easy and convininent. And we can offer you the installation video and manual book to teach you, and also we offer you the installatio tools to help you. And if you need technnicians to help you, we can send techinicians to you.
